Preview - May Stamp of the Month from Summer 09 catty

Oh my gosh I am lovin' this set. I didn't at first because I thought, "you gotta be kidding! Real women don't look like that! (at least I will never look like that!). But it is such an easy stamp to come up with ideas. There are 8 ladies in this set with various "strong & confident" sayings. It is a very easy stamp set to paper piece (if you are into that)! Plus the cutest idea I've seen was someone who stamped the various leg sets of these ladies for another individual saying. I will see if I can get permission from the owner and post it and will post it with the rest of the artwork from the Stamp of the Month swap. Summer 09 Catalog Preview

Here is a sneak peak at some of the papers and stamp sets you'll be seeing in the Summer 2009 Close To My Heart Idea Book!

Bella is the next Papers (Creme Brulee, Hollyhock, Olive and Smokey Plum). Oh my gosh these papers are so amazing in real life!!

For those manly men we have Back Country below (Barn Red, Goldrush, Olive and Outdoor Denim)

And, last but certainly not least is Animal Cookies (Clover Meadow, Dutch Blue, Sunflower and Tulip). With my daughter in law expecting (but not until end of November) this paper will be SO fun for the grand kiddles!!

April Stamp of the Month - World's Best Dad

I can't believe how long it has been since I last posted! I have so much stuff to post. First off here are the cards from the Stamp of the Month Group for the month of April. The color theme was the colors from the Emporium paper pack and you can use the paper pack or just the colors. So here is what the ladies came up with. I will have to fill in names later. I don't have them with me right now. Enjoy! (These ladies do amazing work)

Cupcakes Anyone?

My last workshop (on February 28th) was a customer appreciation workshop. I thought it would be fun to use some of the bulk B&T and make some lovely cupcakes! Oh my gosh did we have fun and don't they look delicious. Thank you Tresa Black for your wonderfully delicious instructions!! I thought I saved a picture of the one I created for this but my granddaughter Hannah decided that I made it for her and took it back to Butte with her. :-)
