My item is a standard size card using kraft paper.  I love the Jubilee paper pack and thought it would be perfect for this Stamp of the Month.  I first embossed the starbursts with clear embossing powder and then sponged the ink to make the starbursts pop.  Then I stamped the words between the starbursts.  Below is my card.
Here are the details a little closer.  Both the Celebrate and the rocket are pop-dotted for dimension.

Papers:   Jubilee WOTG papers; Kraft, Cranberry, and White Daisy Cardstock
Stamps: S1406 Kaboom!
Ink:   Indian Corn Blue, Black, Red, and Honey Exclusive Inks
Embellishments: Red and Clear Sparkles;
Other:  Clear Embossing Powder
Time to hop on over to Haley Dyer's Blog to see her beautiful eye candy! Be sure to visit all the Consultants' blogs to get some great crafting and fun ideas! Remember, the SOTM is only available thru June 30th! Contact your CTMH Consultant (or click here) to see how you can get this stamp set for $5!

Birthday wishes and Mojo Monday

I love when I have the challenge of creating birthday cards for friends and family!  Most of the time it will take a full day (if not days) to create something!  I made a few of the cards from the Ivy Lane card kit for Mother's day and still wasn't ready to put it away yet so when one of my friends birthday came up the other day, most of the supplies were still lying out on my craft table.
I was looking for ideas with card layouts when I opened up the new Mojo Monday newsletter.  Only once in a while when I'm off work do I get to play with Mojo Mondays.  This is Mojo #346 which looks like:
Well, I would say my card rather resembles that Mojo Monday:
Papers:   Ivy Lane Card WOTG kit; Pear, Hollyhock, and Colonial White Cardstock
Stamps:  Card Chatter - Birthday (ret.)
Ink:   Cocoa  Exclusive Inks
Embellishments: Purple Glitter Gems; Clear Sparkles; Purple Glitter tape
Other:  2.5" Circle Punch; Spellbinders scallop dies; Fiskars Corrugated Paper Crimper
Happy Birthday Shelley! And may you be blessed with many more!
