Something Fierce Featured Paper Blog Hop

Welcome to our Featured Blog Hop featuring the new Seasonal Expressions I Papers:  Something Fierce! We will be showcasing items from our Something Fierce kit with various projects created by talented Close To My Heart consultants so get your sip of coffee and we'll be off.

If you are visiting from Brittany Allred's blog, you are on the right path. If not, you can start at the beginning with our hostess, Carol Loftus' blog is the beginning of the hop. You can start there or you can just continue as the hop goes around in a circle and you'll end up back here. Next check out Brenda Lapp's blog, but please feel free to check out my artwork before you go....

These cards were from several obligations I needed to fulfill.  My beautiful granddaughter, Hannah's seventeenth birthday is this month.  I had a gift card to give her as well, because, well, have you ever tried picking out a birthday present for a 17 year old?  Finally, I was part of a card exchange and thought it would be great to showcase one of our new embossing folders and of course, the January Stamp of the Month:  S1901 Card Captions (only available until January 31st).

The birthday card above features the Years of Sweetness Stampset as well as Something Fierce papers.

Next a close up of detail.  You can't really see the clear shimmer brush on the cupcake very well but it does show up in real life:

Next on the list is gift card holder:

I am really loving the confetti dots!!  Next is inside

Finally my exchange card. Now the funny thing about this was that one was how I meant it to be and the other was not.  But, they both looked pretty good and when I was holding them in real life, I had no real preference.
