Something with Animals
I participated in a card exchange with some friends and the challenge was "something with animals". It could be any kind of animal and since hunting season just started this past weekend, I decided to use the Hunting for Words stamp set (which is now retired) along with the Fresh Air papers (which is also retired).
My card was a standard size card:
Here is a close up of the detail:
And another angle of the card:
Papers: Fresh Air Scrapbooking Kit; Nutmeg and White Daisy Cardstocks
Stamps: Hunting For Words (Retired)
Inks: Momento Black Ink; Nutmeg Exclusive Inks; Water Color Pencils; BG10 Copic Marker
Embellishments: Mocha Opaque Pearls (Retired); White Burlap Ribbon
Other:
My granddaughter, Mikayla was able to get a deer on the junior hunt over Teacher's Convention. She said she only wished her's was as big as that. She did a great job and there's going to be food on the table. She appreciates that blessing of the life of the deer for her food. Actually I'd say it's a pretty nice buck!
Happy Hunting and Happy Stamping!
